WeightSimple offers three program tiers: Basic (CAD $27/week), Essential (CAD $48/week), and Advanced (CAD $71/week). All include doctor-led care and at-cost medication access. Medication cost is separate but up to 60% less than retail pharmacy pricing through our negotiated rates.

OHIP does not currently cover GLP-1 weight management medications or weight loss program fees. However, WeightSimple's at-cost pricing makes these medications significantly more affordable than retail pharmacies. Our insurance concierge team helps you navigate private insurance, health spending accounts, employer benefits, and Ontario Trillium Drug Program options where applicable.

We provide access to all Health Canada-approved GLP-1 and GIP medications including Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy (semaglutide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide), and all available injection pen and oral pill options. Your Ontario-licensed physician will recommend the best option for your health profile.

Ontario residents with a BMI over 27 with a weight-related health condition (such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or sleep apnea) or a BMI over 30 are eligible. You must reside in Ontario and be in Canada while receiving care. Our free online assessment confirms eligibility in about 2 minutes.
